Problem with my LCD TV, need your advice

    Hi,

    sorry for posting in English.

    I bought LCD TV, just a month ago. Now I notice that everytime that I turn on the TV, the pictures look so strange for few minutes ( please see the pic below), then it back to normal.

    Should I return it to the shop?
    or do you know what can be the cause of this problem?

    Not that I'm any expert, I'd suggest to contact the shop as soon as possible, because these warranty things take time. All that you can do is check the connections so that no cables are loose or anything like that. Also, does this problem only happen when you watch digital tv or does it also happen when you watch DVD's for example. If it happens all the time then it is more likely that your TV is broken than your set top box or dvd player.

    You should really contact the dealer because it's not your job to find out what's wrong, it's theirs.

    How long does it take to get the picture good?

    If I were you, I'd return it to the shop, no doubt.

    Hi,

    I have sent this TV for maintenance. It's been already one month and I still don't get it back. My TV is only 1 month old :OI

    I've called and visitted the shop many times. But they always said they will call me back, nothing much in progress. Some guys from the shop said that I should get the new TV but they cannot make the decision. So, they would ask the shop manager (?) to call me back. But he's never called me back.

    I hope that those sales guys passed my messages to him.

    Someone advised me to visit the consumer rights office in Iso Omena.
    Do you think I should go there? and Can they really help?

    If it seems that the store / importer / manufacturer is reluctant to do anything or they are delaying and delaying it's a good idea to contact "Consumer counselling"
