Kolme vuotta minun edellisestä postauksesta. Kiefer Sutherland of the potential new incarnation, he says: “Howard Gordon has come up with an idea that I like. Before, the material had not been written, so I would have to say, ‘I’m not the one that’s in the way.’ [But] something has been written. I think it’s really good. I think it’s really strong.” A good script is only a stepping stone though; there’s various other hurdles that have to be cleared first, most notably how the FOX-owned series is now under the control of Disney: “24 was originally with Fox. Now it’s owned by Disney because of what Fox has sold off, and so it has to go through different channels before it’s either approved or disapproved. Like everybody else, it’s something I would really like to do. I would like to close that story. It was left kind of wide open. So, fingers crossed. There’s a chance. We’ve taken some considerable steps forward.” Kyllä minä näitä aina lisää voin katsoa. Alkuperäinen sarja + TV-leffa Redemption ja jatkot katsottu kolme kertaa läpi. Varmaan voisi kohta aloittaa neljännen kierroksen. Hauska miten aikoinaan ei tullut kiinnitettyä tekniikkaan huomiota, mutta nyt se näyttää alussa antiikkiselta ja kehityksen näkee selvästi kausien edetessä. Itselläni on siis koko sarja Bluraynä. Kaudet 1-6 Japanista + Redemption ja loput suomiteksteillä. Ja kyllä tästä varmasti tulisi silti ostettua joku kaikki kaudet UHD-4K loota. Olisko tulossa?
