VIHDOIN!!! Tätä on odotettu formaatin aamunkoitosta alkaen. Luojan kiitos, että juuri Plaion on saanut oikeudet leffaan ensimmäisenä. Kuvanpakkaukselta on näin ollen lupa odottaa todella paljon. Plaion Pictures 25.9.2025 Ricochet (1991) (Mediabook, Blu-ray+DVD)
^ Tuota on odotettu.
British label Nucleus Films will bring to Blu-ray Raphaël Delpard's The Night of Death (1980). The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on September 8. Description: Suddenly in the Night... Horror! The Night of Death! is an underrated Gallic gorefest with bags of atmosphere and a wicked sense of humour. It's 1980 and, having been unemployed for eight months, Martine (Isabelle Goguey) jumps at the chance when offered a job in an isolated old people's home. Her 50-something employer, Hélène Robert (Betty Beckers), is a little intimidating, the handyman (Michel Flavius) is rather sinister, and the ageing boarders are an eccentric lot, to put it mildly. But Martine feels she's fallen on her feet. Then come the mysteries. What became of Martine's young predecessor Nicole (Charlotte de Turckheim)? Why are there so few residents and why do they look so well preserved? What can it mean when Martine finds a press photo of the youthful Hélène dated 1886? And what role does the so-called Golden Needle Killer play in all of this? With an engaging heroine, world-class villainess, haunting score (Laurent Petitgirard), copious gore effects and an ingenious twist, The Night of Death! ranks high among Euro-horror rediscoveries. Directed by Raphaël Delpard, this long-awaited UK Blu-ray premiere has been remastered from original vault elements and is bursting at the seams with bonus features. Dare you venture into Hélène's chamber of horrors and witness the rituals that take place there? Special Features and Technical Specs: • BRAND NEW TRANSFER IN 1.66.1 RATIO FROM THE ORIGINAL CAMERA NEGATIVE • UNCENSORED VERSION • NEW Audio Commentary with film critics Jonathan Rigby & Kevin Lyons • Night of Horror: Interview with actress Isabelle Goguey • The Filming of Death: Interview with director Raphaël Delpard • Restoration Comparison • Theatrical Trailer • Original French audio • Optional English Subtitles / Optional SDH
British distributors 88 Films have provided final details for their upcoming Blu-ray release of Eloy de la Iglesia's The Cannibal Man (1972), starring Vicente Parra, Emma Cohen, Eusebio Poncela, Vicky Lagos, and Ismael Merlo. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on August 4. Description: One of the original Video Nasties returns, ready to deprave and corrupt a whole new generation.
